I make two styles of tongs.
One style is created with a Scandinavian flare, reflecting my background. I think of them resembling the prows of viking ships. The other style is an understated elegance in presentation, and I think of them as my Canadian Tongs.

These tongs are also practical! Their curvilinear shapes allow you to more easily see the content of the salad you are selecting when using them.

The tongs are 15″ in length (37cm).

I use either Canadian birch, maple or cherry (the two pair shown here are made of cherry and of birch).  They really are made to be held.
