Spatulas

I make six styles of spatula.

The Razor, The Paddle, The Blunt, The Standard, The Flipper & The Risotto (scroll down to see).

While each can be used interchangably for any cooking needs, the Razor & Paddle style work great for stir fries, the Blunt and Standard for general use, and the Flipper style for, well, flipping things like French toast.

I use either walnut, cherry, birch, or maple (or a combination of the foregoing) as materials.

*Paddle, Razor and Standard spatulas are available in left-handed versions.
