This page is for one-of-a-kind pieces; one-offs that have merit but are either difficult to reproduce, or simply can’t be replicated due to species scarcity. They can also just be creative designs that I think people might like.
Short-handled scoop
4.5″x6″ Made from cherry wood. Only one made.
Striped charcuterie boards
9.5″x11.5″ Charcuterie boards in combinations of cherry and either oak or birch, with a large thumb/carry hole.
Striped sandwich boards
5.75″x8″ Sandwich boards in combinations of walnut, birch, cherry and maple, with a large thumb/carry hole.
Two Charcuterie Boards
1″ thick cheese or charcuterie boards, both cut from the same cherry burl. Pieces are approximately 8″ x 12″ and have rubber, non-skid feet on the underside.
Butcher Block
This gorgeous butcher block slab is a single piece of walnut with birch ends, grooved for ease of pick-up. It has a good heft.

Ripple board
An unusual piece, this textured cherry board has a gorgeous wave-like rippling across the face, with non-slip rubber feet underneath.

Curved Charcuterie Board
This lovely, curved board is two pieces of cherry fused to one, with an outside live edge. It has two handles for ease of carry and four, non-slip rubber feet.

Striated Trivet
This birch and walnut trivet has a unique tear-away where a tree limb grew. It has non-slip rubber feet underneath.

Butcher Block
This gorgeous butcher block slab is a single piece of butternut. It has a great heft, but is not too heavy.

An unusual piece, this gorgeous section of burl has been fashioned for use as a charcuterie board or trivet.
